The Pennsylvania Alliance of Recovery Residences (PARR) was founded in 2011 out of the need to evaluate and monitor standards-based recovery support services provided in community-based, residential settings throughout Pennsylvania.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT is the use of FDA-approved medications used in combination with counseling and behavioral health therapies that provide a whole-patient approach to treatment. It is tailored specifically to each individual. Patients and providers determine whether MAT best fits your needs.
The National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR)
The NARR Standard promotes the delivery of quality recovery support services in community based, residential settings. PARR Certified providers to the NARR standard ensures availability of recovery oriented housing to meet the needs of persons in recovery.
